We’re thrilled to deliver your custom order straight from our studio in Queensland, Australia! Please review our shipping policy below to know what to expect after you place an order.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates (Australia Only)

  • Standard Shipping – $10.95
    Free for orders over $65

  • Express Shipping – $15.95
    Free for orders over $150

  • Priority Order + Express Shipping – $29.95
    Your order will skip the queue and be dispatched as soon as possible (within 1–3 business days). Perfect for rush orders!

 

🛠️ Handling Times

Each of our products is made to order with care and attention. Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for your order to be created and dispatched.

  • During promotional or holiday periods, handling times may be slightly longer.

If you choose Priority Order + Express Shipping, your order will be processed faster and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

 

📬 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details are typically updated within 24 business hours of dispatch.
